We all have those days where we don’t feel like cooking dinner, or something crops up, and we need something quick. This is one of my favorite recipes for such an occasion, as it’s really quick, and the kids love it.
Ingredients:
- 2 flour tortilla wraps (I usually use large ones).
- 4 tablespoons of marinara sauce.
- Cheese (type and quantity is up to you – I tend to use a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella).
- Toppings of your choice, just bear in mind the tortilla base isn’t as sturdy as a regular dough base.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 400°f. Whilst the oven is warming up, spread the marinara sauce evenly over the tortillas, I leave about 1cm around the outside of the tortilla free from sauce.
Then sprinkle as much cheese as you’d like over the sauce, and add your toppings.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes (I bake them on a pizza tray) you can bake for longer if you prefer a crispier base.
